Twins Plumbing & Heating Inc.

Twins Plumbing & Heating is a long-standing Marstons Mills plumber. BBB records it as a sole proprietorship owned by Richard Hildebert with three employees, started in January 1987, giving it close to four decades on the Mid Cape. What people say about it is short and consistent. A Mashpee neighbour writing on Nextdoor in May 2025 called it honest, reliable and long-established. A Marstons Mills neighbour named it in a January 2026 thread about after-hours plumbing, alongside the observation that most plumbers carry a 24-hour emergency service. A Cape Cod Reddit commenter named it back in 2022. The one review on file is a two-word verdict — excellent service, prompt. That is the whole written record, and it is thin: a single review, no star rating attached to it, and a BBB profile that is explicitly not accredited and NOT RATED because the bureau says it does not have enough information to issue one. Nothing negative appears anywhere, but neither does anything detailed about a specific job. The practical thing to check before you book: the Massachusetts plumbing licence on record for Twins Plumbing and Heating Inc., number 4655-PL-C, comes back from the state registry as EXPIRED. In Massachusetts plumbing work must be done by a currently licensed plumber, so ask directly for the licence number the work will be performed under and verify it is current before anything starts. A licence lapse is often paperwork rather than practice at a business this old — but it is your job to confirm, not to assume.
