I filled out the online form and Bill responded within the hour. He was able to come out immediately as we had a wasp nest in between the outside shingles and interior wall. Bill sprayed the area and no more wasps after 24 hours. I highly recommend Bill for any pest control issues!!

Cannot say enough great things about Bill! I called at the end of the business day on a Friday in pure panic after discovering a wasp nest. My youngest is allergic.. so you can imagine the panic! Bill was so calm and reassuring and was at my house in 10 minutes. Not only did he treat the nest, he searched the perimeter & treated 4 others. He is quite literally a lifesaver! I called a few other places before discovering Hawkeye. Every single one gave me a 5-7 day window to come out.. with all the nests we had, I can’t even fathom what could’ve happened if we waited! We had a wasp nest in a very tight, difficult-to-reach area, and with our kids needing to walk by that area, getting it taken care of quickly was extremely important to us. Bill went above and beyond—even coming out on a holiday because he understood how important the situation was to our family. He was able to assess the situation and use his knowledge and expertise to take care of the nest safely and effectively. We left to go to a movie, and by the time we got back, there was no sign of the wasps whatsoever! Job done. On top of the excellent service, Bill was extremely reasonably priced and was able to come out within just two days of us contacting him. He actually would have been there the very next day, but happened to be away at the time. It’s not often you find someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about helping people.
