Hayes Plumbing & Heating LLC

Hayes Plumbing & Heating is a Worcester-area plumbing and heating business run by Ryan Hayes, and nearly every review names him personally. Homeowners hire him for everything from an outdoor spigot or a leaking toilet to boilers, water heaters and full kitchen and bathroom plumbing. The written record runs from 2021 to 2026 and is consistent: clear communication, punctuality, clean work and fair prices. In April 2026 a customer described jobs ranging from a new spigot to a new gas-fired steam boiler, calling the work professional and fairly priced, and in September 2026 a Reddit commenter in r/WorcesterMA said Ryan Hayes had done various plumbing jobs for them and was honest and fairly priced. Older reviews add specifics: in 2022 and 2023 customers described water heater replacements with options quoted for tankless and standard tanks, a neglected boiler and leaking steam pipes rehabbed for new homeowners, the plumbing for a new kitchen and a custom steam shower, and split laundry pipes fixed on a Sunday during the February 2023 cold snap along with added shutoffs to help winterize. A 2023 reviewer noted he did not bill for an extra trip caused by a defective replacement part and talked them through a garbage disposal reset over the phone. The state plumbing registry shows the company's plumbing licence, 4131-PL-C, as expired. One September 2026 Google reviewer left a one-star rating with only the words "never again." Anyone hiring for gas or plumbing work that needs a permit should confirm the licence has been renewed.
