Strongly recommend Charlie! As a result of my neighbors recommendation, I called Charlie, owner of Monroe Comfort Air, and left a VM explaining one of my A/C units wasn't working. Within an hour Charlie returned my call, ran through some diagnostic questions which resulted in determining the root cause, the dual capacitor was broken. He came the next morning and installed the new capacitor, and while here determined my other unit was low on refrigerant so topped it off, thus avoiding another future problem, all during a heat wave where he was already overloaded with other customer calls. Charlie is one of a kind: honest, transparent, responsive, and explains, in simple terms, what's wrong and doesn't recommend things that aren't necessary so his pricing is reasonable and fair.

Charlie Atchue from Comfort Air is professional, responsive, punctual, quick and reasonably priced. He has attention to detail and cleans up post work performed. He installed a new combi unit at my house a while back that works like a gem and he recently showed me how to self-maintain the unit on annual basis to avoid unnecessary maintenance costs in the future. It is an easy DIY task. Charlie is A1.
