Matt responded immediately when I contacted him through Yelp about a toilet leak. He came to my house the same afternoon, on a weekend, to see what needed to be in. He agreed to come several days later to resolve my problem. 2 days later, when an opening came up sooner, he got in touch, and came that same afternoon. He replaced the toilet, and also replaced an old valve that was stuck. The price was more than I expected, but it’s been at least 7-9 years since I have needed a plumber, so I don’t know how much prices have gone up. Matt was very personable, and took good care of my house, using booties and a heavy drop cloth to protect my floors. I will recommend him to anyone I know, without question.
We would fully recommend Heritage Plumbing! Matt is so easy to work with - responds promptly, schedules quickly, and explains all processes thoroughly. I appreciated how he explained the issue to me in layman’s terms and kept me updated throughout the fix. We will definitely be contacting him again for our next plumbing issue/job.
Matt did a great job explaining all my options, was honest and transparent! He’ll be my go to for any future plumbing repairs!

Very responsive, came the next day (Sat.), and did a very thorough job. Exceeded expectations. Thank you, Matt.
