High Quality Tile

High Quality Tile is a Worcester tile shop, and the name customers use most is Calebe, who plans the job and brings in a crew. The company's site says it does tile installation, flooring, backsplashes, tub-to-shower conversions and bathroom remodeling in Massachusetts, and it lists a service area running from Hopkinton and Westborough to Newton, Braintree and Springfield. Google shows 5 stars from 50 ratings, HomeAdvisor 5.0 from 6 and Angi 5.0 from 4. In an August 2026 review, a customer said another installer failed on two floors and Calebe took them over. A June 2026 customer had a shower re-grouted and sealed. A February 2026 review described a handmade-tile kitchen backsplash finished less than a week after the first call. July 2025 homeowners had tiled their own bathroom with the wrong products; the crew pulled up the faulty work, saved as many tiles as they could, reinstalled the heated floor and finished it. A November 2025 review described a tile floor laid over radiant heat in a finished basement, and a June 2025 customer hired them for 900 square feet of basement tile, a kitchen backsplash and a full shower surround. An August 2025 review of a master bath said the customer knew the timeline, pricing and design before work began and lived in the house while the crew kept the area clean. One July 2025 reviewer said they had worked with the company on kitchen and bathroom remodels for ten years, and a June 2025 reviewer said Calebe worked as their subcontractor. A July 2024 HomeAdvisor review of a second bathroom remodel said the crew covered the floors and cleaned up before leaving each night, and a February 2022 Angi review described a tub removed and replaced with a custom walk-in shower in just over a week, with a plumber the team brought in.
