We are so grateful and happy with the work of Dainius and Hillcrest! The design is so thoughtful & beautiful. The build quality is incredibly high. We have been in our house for over one year. We have not had any issues with the house. There were small things that are normal for new construction and Dainius fixed everything with speed and care. He is wonderful! He went way beyond what was expected - even helping me with things that should have been my responsibility. He is so generous. I cannot recommend Hillcrest enough. I knew they had a great reputation before purchasing the house, but now I have firsthand experience.
Dainius and his team have been great to work with and the houses he builds are very high quality with thoughtful design that seems atypical compared with other local builders.
Dainius and team were incredible in helping us build our new home in NEEDHAM. From the beginning Dainius was flexible, cooperative and understanding of our wants and needs. He was able to finish the project in a timely manner with ease and despite Covid delays. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every small detail. His team and contractors were reliable, friendly, clean and efficient. Dainius was always very responsive and even after we moved in continued to work through the punch list. Overall Dainius was dependable, organized, open minded and quick to fix any problems or changes that arose though the process. Wr cannot recommend Hillcrest enough!!
Dainius Kuper at Hillcrest Development was an absolute PLEASURE! Building a home can be a very daunting stressful process and Dainius far exceeded our expectations when it came to that. We cannot thank Dainius enough for giving us peaceful mindset in building a home with him. He follows through with exactly what he says. His experience in home building shows in his attention to detail in his work. He is open and willing to hear what your needs are and executes immediately. There is no waiting around with them. Our house was built start to finish in 6 months with all the modifications we've requested ( and there were quite a few). His contractors on site were professional, easy to communicate with - his vendors were all over it as well to make sure things were ready for Dainius to execute when needed. I would highly recommend Hillcrest Development to anyone looking for a beautiful new home and dealing with a builder with a LOT of knowledge, experience and a very nice, calm & even tempered personality. 5 STARS for him!
