Great prices and wonderful services!
Hoffman is and has always been the most reliable and courteous service we have ever used. We highly recommend them.
Awful company and even worse customer service. They claim they can't see the delivery windows for their drivers which i know is a complete lie. even USPS had a delivery window. Every other month it's something with them. Their gas is over priced for such poor service. Edit: my husband just called the exact same number I called, asked the SAME questions. And got a delivery window!!!! It must be because I'm a woman that I was not able to get that information. I didn't realize this was the 1920's. Not only is your customer service abhorrent, but you're also a sexist company!!! Good to know!
We realized that we had no hot water after normal business hours last night. We called Hoffman and they immediately started keeping us posted about when the technician would get there. Donovan arrived when they said to expect him (within about 2 hours of our phone call), was professional and courteous, and quickly discovered what the problem was. He fixed the issue and made sure that we had hot water before he left our house. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
