BBB gives it an A+ and lists 13 years in business; roofing, gutters, windows and doors round out the catalog.
The written history is small but steady — eleven reviews since 2019, ten of them five stars and one four. Thumbtack's headline is 4.8 across 31 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from six. Estimating gets the most specific praise: a December 2025 reviewer said the company used the Hover app to speed up its quote and was the first to respond, and a June 2025 customer described Jim and Luke Ward answering questions right away and sending a video walkthrough of the options. One 2025 homeowner had them back for several projects, roof replacement through siding, and called the crews qualified and the pricing good.
The older accounts describe the bigger jobs. In 2021 one homeowner had Patriot replace the roof, all the siding, trim, gutters and downspouts, every window, and rebuild the front porch — a large project finished through COVID-era shortages. Another 2021 review covered Hardie board on a Watertown two-family, with crews working through extreme heat and a price the reviewer called very reasonable. Reviews from 2019 and 2020 mention reasonable pricing, steady check-ins during the job, and Jim's help with ideas.
Two things to pin down before signing. The company's age is listed two ways — 13 years on BBB and Thumbtack, 23 years of experience on Angi and HomeAdvisor — so ask what each figure counts. And the licence: Angi lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-112973, expiring October 2026, and BBB adds a second number, 194650; those are directory listings, so check the numbers against the state registry yourself. Thumbtack's tally also includes one one-star rating among 31, and the most measured review — four stars in March 2026 from a homeowner who deliberately waited a few years after a siding and window replacement before judging it — is the one to read closely.

Ive purposely waited a few years after my siding and window replacement project to write this review. I wanted the initial euphoria to wear off so that I could make a clearer appraisal of the contractor and products involved. As such, the planning, installation and short support periods afterwards were very good. I also happen to be the person being interviewed in the websites You Tube video and I still feel the same, overall. While Ive been happy so far with the Hardie siding product and installation process, I draw the line at the Harvey windows. After initial installation, all of the Majesty line double-hung windows began to leak in water during windy rainstorms. It turns out the glue between the glass and wood frame was not allowed to completely cure before the windows were shipped from the manufacturer. Since I noticed this during the initial post-installation days, Patriot worked with Harvey to satisfactorily resolve this issue. However, I now have another issue with the same windows where wind blows in between the sashes and sash liners. I reached out to Patriot about this but my inquiries have gone unanswered. And after contacting Harvey, I was informed that they have only a paltry (1) year warranty manufacturers warranty. Patriot is good, but think twice about installing Harvey windows.

I can't say enough good things about their team. From the initial chats with Arthur and the sales, it all came together. They listened and helped me from the start with reviewing the samples, picking the color, and making sure I understood everything before the job began. The initial walk through before the job started really helped. Ronnie and the onsite crew were excellent. The site remained orderly and clean when they finished, and if adjustments needed to be addressed they were quick to communicate with me to talk things through. I really like the look and am please with the result. I highly recommend them.
