In an April 2026 Google review, a customer in a plumbing crisis wrote that Jay was the first to respond, came at 8pm to assess the problem and help contain it, fixed it, kept the area clean and followed up afterward to make sure everything kept working, at a cost they called extremely reasonable. In April 2026 another customer wrote that Jhail renovated one of their bedrooms: removing and replacing the flooring, painting the walls, replacing baseboards and trim, repairing the ceiling and cleaning up, at reasonable prices and on time. A third April 2026 customer said Jay was transparent about what he was doing, explained complications as they came up and found cost-effective fixes, and another that month said he did the work just as outlined in the estimate. One customer called him their go-to for home improvements. Home Improvements Contractor holds 5 stars from 7 Google ratings.

Jay did a fantastic job with a home project I needed done. He was thoughtful in his approach and also very reasonablely priced. He worked efficiently and was very transparent about what he was doing. I appreciated his work ethic and the way he communicated any complications that arose, as well as his knowledge and ability to find solutions in a cost-effective way. I absolutely recommend Jay and plan on using him for future projects!
Jhail's renovation of one of our bedrooms was excellent. He went above and beyond with the quality of this project: removing/replacing of flooring; painting the walls, removing, replacing of baseboards and trims, repairing the ceiling and cleanup. Reasonable prices and done in a timely manner.
