RI Design Build

Rob and his crew did an outstanding job on our complete 1st floor renovation. Not only was it a massive job doing our entire first floor with not just a new kitchen, but half bath, laundry room, removing three walls, new HVAC, windows, all new floors and more...there were a few unforeseen surprises hidden behind walls. Rob and crew was able to remedy quickly and masterfully and was able to stay on schedule, which was so relieving! He is a man of his word, showed up when he said he would, completely transparent on the budget and stood behind all of the work without question. Reliable, trustworthy and honest are only the beginning with RI Design Build. You will not be disappointed.

Rob is a reliable, trustworthy contractor and I would highly recommend him. I would gladly work with him again in the future. Like with any construction project, there are sometimes pauses while waiting for subcontractors, materials, or scheduling around other jobs. In my experience, that’s simply the reality of the process. Rob was flexible with my preferences and always willing to listen throughout the project. When I requested changes, he was honest about the options and helped me make practical decisions that kept the project within budget. His subcontractors were also skilled, professional, and genuinely good people to work with. When unexpected issues came up, as they often do in older homes, Rob was excellent at troubleshooting and finding solutions that balanced quality, cost, and timing. I also appreciated being able to stay hands-on with design selections. I was able to choose and purchase many decorative elements myself (hardware, cornices, wood details, fixtures), which helped me maintain control of the style and sometimes secure deals. We’re very grateful to Rob and his team for helping create a warm, functional space with beautiful craftsmanship, and I’d gladly recommend him or speak with anyone interested in hearing about our experience.

Rob helped us renovate the kitchen in our 1950s ranch. He helped us maximize the small space, worked within our budget, and gave us a kit hen we loved. We'd work with Rob and his team for any future projects without hesitation.

The thought of remodeling our home came with an overwhelming sense of dread and anxiety. When we met Rob, our worries disappeared. From the beginning of the process, Rob worked closely and patiently with us to design a plan that we were completely satisfied with. When the work began, Rob's team of professionals worked diligently to see the job through to it's finish. Throughout the entire process, Rob was always available to discuss concerns and/or last minute modifications. Rob and his team simplified the process and even made it possible for us to live in our during construction, which for our large family, was absolutely necessary. Rob and his team completed our kitchen and bath renovations, as well as built an addition to give us more living space, an additional master bedroom w/ en suite, as well as a laundry room, closet space, and a half bath. We are extremely happy with the way Rob conducted business and completely satisfied with the finished product. Rob - if we did not tell you before, I will tell you again now - thank you for a job well done!
