Michael W. Haertel
HPI proved they were our top choice for our recent home pre purchase inspection. Michael has an incredible attention to detail, compressive industry knowledge and missed nothing in his inspection of our new home before purchasing. The service and report go way beyond detailing items that need repair, replacement or service. Mike gives you all the advice you need to become the homeowner, from identifying what type of contractors will be needed, find information on the existing equipment, past surveys and building permits, town and county information etc. Will certainly use next time.
Mike is the best! He takes the time to really make sure everything is looked at and you understand all the ins and outs of the home. If any questions or concerns raised, he makes sure to address them before moving on. The report is in-depth with lots of additional literature for anything home related. I highly recommend HPI to anyone in need of a home inspection, you will not be let down!
I've hired Mike a couple of times, he's extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about his profession. You couldn't find a better man for the job!!!!
