A few complaints are worth knowing about. In a 2025 review, a customer described being charged an extra $975 for a 4-foot gate addition on top of a $6,000 fence and getting an unhelpful response from staff when they raised it. Another 2025 review described a promise from the estimator to take responsibility for any damaged sprinkler lines that wasn't honored as expected.
