In May 2021 a customer had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower in their master bath, top to bottom: the estimate came right away, the crew arrived on the day agreed, and the work finished in the number of days quoted. In July 2024 another had bathroom floors replaced and said Frank was knowledgeable, helpful and worked around their schedule. What to pin down before booking: the written accounts run 2021 to 2025 and a couple of them describe jobs done a few years before they were posted, so ask to see a recent steam shower or stone job, and confirm the business name, the address and the registration details of whoever signs your contract.
