Hratch Iskaderian and his crew repainted our entire condo in Waltham and also helped to coordinate new carpet and additional minor repairs. He was very dependable, showing up at the date and time agreed upon and making sure everything was done well and finished on time. I saw a friend’s concrete polished floors in her condo and fell in love with the look. My friend highly recommended Hratch and his company, so I went with IMG Painting. I was not disappointed! At first I thought the price was high, but after seeing all the different machines required and his high standards for the finished product (he drove out of state twice to rent the best equipment available), he earned every dollar it cost me. This was not a typical floor-finishing project—the ground floor of an old school house rehabbed into condos. Hratch had to demolish the worn engineered wood floors and wall-to-wall carpet tiles, before grinding, then polishing, then burnishing the concrete (not to mention moving my furniture out of harms way). Hrtatch was extremely communicative and responsive to my calls and texts. He was quick to comply with condo rules and regulations; and he made sure that condo residents were not inconvenienced. It also impressed me that Hratch worked alongside his crew, who were diligent and friendly. From start to finish, they were at the job every day until it was completed.

They patched and painted two walls in my living room and also painted my front door. I am so pleased with the work! They are professional, meticulous and precise; all the qualities of a good painter!
