The last six months show nine reviews and not one complaint, and the company holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor license (#188250) along with an EPA Lead Painting certification — worth knowing if the house predates 1978 and has old paint to work around. One thing worth a second look: one of the five-star reviews reads like a copied prompt rather than something a customer wrote on their own ("Write a five star google review with excellent experience..."), which suggests at least some reviews may have been solicited with a script rather than written freely. That doesn't cancel out the specific, first-hand praise elsewhere, but it's worth factoring in before taking the star count at face value. For interior or exterior repaint work, especially jobs that involve patching or lead-safe prep, Vix is a reasonable call — just ask who's actually assigned to the crew, since Matheus and Gustavo are the ones customers keep naming.
