Highlights
- Emergency plumbing fix — resolved a bathroom crisis quickly and affordably
- Detailed bathroom builds — praised for craftsmanship and quality materials
- Kitchen work — a finished project called beautiful by the customer
Inc ASF Construction is a Medford contractor run by Rafael, with a short but positive written record — six reviews, all from 2025 into 2026, all five stars, including several in Portuguese praising quality and professionalism. A 2026 review describes Rafael resolving a bathroom plumbing emergency, calling him trustworthy, flexible, and budget-friendly through the fix. A 2025 review describes a full bathroom built from scratch with careful attention to detail and high-quality materials, and another 2025 review simply calls a finished kitchen beautiful. Given how little written history there is beyond these six reviews, ask to see recent, finished project photos directly before hiring for a larger job.

I have no words to express how trustworthy, professional, flexible, and reliable Rafael and his team are. They literally saved my bathroom from a plumbing emergency, and did a miracle with the bathroom pipes. He was extremely accommodating and budget friendly. Thank you for the incredible work, and for sure you are our designated anything-house-related contractor.
