Keith Dmytryck at Innovation Construction has been my contractor for over 30 years. He has done all sorts of job for us: kitchen remodel, window replacement, garden shed, house shingled, etc. Every single time the job has been done on time and on budget. The subcontractors always showed up as promised. When I hear other people complain about there interaction with contractors, I always tell them there is a better choice. Yesterday was a good example of the kind of follow up service one can expect. I had a door that needed the lock set replaced. A small job with a small price tag. Many contractors couldn't be bothered, but Keith had someone here quickly and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. I give my unqualified endorsement to Keith and Innovation Construction.

We had our basement remodeled and loved working with Keith!! He is an incredibly polite, professional and accessible contractor—the best we’ve ever encountered. For example, we had a question about some of the work that had been completed (the job was already done and paid for) yet Keith (while on vacation!!) texted us to let us know when he was returning and could address any/all questions—which he did! We would absolutely recommend him and plan to use him again when future projects arise.

I gave Keith and Inovation Constrution a challenging project to rebuild my deck on my 35 foot high seawall. Keith worked very close with the conservation committee and Town inspector to complete the project on time and at a resonable cost. I would highly recommend Innovation Constrution.

Keith did several jobs for me at a cottage I prchased in Wareham: Adding gutters to the roof, building a new laundry closet, sanding and painting the front deck, adding an outdoor shower, and upgrading the heating, plumbing and electrical systems. He was very thorough in the job that he did, and always paid attention to detail. He gave great advice on how things should be done, and was very clear about what was required. Because he cares about the final product, he made sure everything was done to his satisfaction, As opposed to settling for "good enough". I would certainly recommend his services for projects large and small.

From the start, my interaction with Keith and his staff was a pleasurable experience. His professionalism and quality of work met every one of my expectations. I was amazed at the attention they payed to cleanliness and detail. There was a minor misunderstanding about what was included in the original estimate of the project and I was very impressed with Keith's willingness to work with me and come to an amicable solution. I definitely plan on using Keith for any future projects I may have.
