They figured out a problem that another company couldn't solve. I had EXTREMELY high radon and no matter how many times I called the original company to get my levels below 4 they just couldn't figure it out. Ryan's team was finally the team to figure it out. The sealed every crack and seam in the basement to create strong suction. Then when they looked in the attic, they saw the first fan was installed incorrectly and wasn't working nearly as well as it should. They were so thorough and professional. I'm finally at ease that my radon issue is solved after worrying for years.

We reached out after using a sensor for radon air and seeing the numbers way too high for our liking. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and scheduled to come take a look. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily for us. After doing his own testing and seeing the numbers even higher, we decided to get a mitigation system put in. He completed the job in a timely fashion, kept to themselves and were very respectful of our space. Since we have had the system put in our numbers are way lower. They even made the system to fit in and conceal against our house so it didn't look super obvious. They were great to work with.

Really impressed. Ryan and his team were very responsive with a quote and options, all by email. Site survey was very quick and convenient with clear instructions on what was needed to prep the area. The final install was neat and worked well in our finished basement. After a week, radon levels are way down, consistently (from 20 to 1). Would highly recommend and my only regret was not doing this sooner. Thank you so much!
