In a September 2025 review, a homeowner with a dated red hardwood floor described Paulo walking the house first, laying out the process from beginning to end, then finishing with no surprises along the way. A September 2024 account is the most detailed of the lot: old dining- and living-room floors refurbished, new floors laid in closets, hallways, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms across the first and second floor, with protective coverings and trash hauled away at the end. Speed, a fair price and being easy to reach are the other lines that repeat. Two things temper that. The Google page shows 4.8 stars from 22 ratings, but the written comments bunch tightly — a run of one-line five-star notes posted on the same handful of days in August 2025, which makes 19 reviews read thinner than the number suggests. And the trail goes quiet: the newest comment on file dates to October 2025. The single low mark is not about a floor at all. A September 2025 one-star reviewer accused the company of disregarding a request about handicapped parking and described the person they dealt with as rude and dismissive about the accessibility rules. Nobody has written about the actual flooring work going wrong; this is a complaint about conduct, and it stands alone. For a hardwood refinish or a whole-house floor replacement on the Cape, this is a reasonable shop to put on a quote list — several customers specifically noted how clean the site was left. Ask for current references, since the public trail stops after autumn 2025, and get the full scope in writing if your job runs past flooring into a kitchen or bath remodel: the site advertises that work, but every customer account on file is about floors.
