J&J Flooring

My husband and I use J&J Flooring for our kitchen renovation. It was a very positive experience! Jake provided several samples for us to choose from. He communicated regularly and stuck to the timeline he provided. James and his work partner, who have many years of experience installing hardwood floors, did a beautiful job. They helped blend old floors with brand new floors. The work was immaculate, as was the cleanup and follow through! We loved the flooring and professional workmanship so much that we are going to extend our contract to include hardwood floors in the bedroom!

Just used J & J to replace guest room rug with hardwood floor. First and foremost they are very quick to respond to any calls or texts. Came by same day to look at work I wanted done and had estimate and samples both within the next day . Made decision quickly and was told it would probably be end of July for the work. No problems but then one week later they were able to schedule me in. James and Cody arrived right when I was told they would. Got right to work and went at it non stop all day. Came back next morning for last minute finishes. Amazing job and great clean up. James and Cody truly take pride in their work. They are the ultimate craftsmen and their attention to detail is impeccable. We are using J &J again for tile work and can’t wait to see the end result of that. I will highly recommend J&J Flooring to anyone that can use their services. Super glad we did.

Jake, James and the entire J&J crew were absolutely incredible from start to finish! I am SO happy with the final result and the entire process! We had all of our flooring redone (hardwood and tile) along with our kitchen backsplash. The crew did a phenomenal job and the end result was better than we could have imagined. They were extremely responsive, professional and just an overall pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Jake was fantastic to work with every step of the way. He got us tons of flooring and tile samples and worked with us to make sure we got the exact right ones we wanted. I had a TON of questions and Jake responded immediately and helped guide me through everything with very detailed and helpful answers. The project was completed within the projected timeline. The crew even went above and beyond and helped with a few extra projects around the house as well. The crew made sure everything was absolutely perfect once the project was completed and they cleaned as they went along. James spent countless hours trying to get an exact match for the stairs stain and it came out perfectly. I don’t know many people that would spend that much time and effort to get the right result. I was extremely impressed with the entire crew and I would highly recommend the them to everyone! Jake even made recommendations for the right products to use to clean and maintain our new floors and backsplash and answered a TON more questions I had along the way. The level of responsiveness and quality I received is so rare. They are coming back to redo my showers in a few months. And they will absolutely be my go to for any other projects in the future. Do yourself a favor and contact them immediately!

Jake and James were absolutely fantastic to work with! And it was great do business with one that’s Veteran owned. They were quick, clean, and courteous during the entire process. They made it possible so that my wife who works from home could continue to work while they install the floors. Not only would I recommend them to anybody in the central or lower New Hampshire area, but my in-laws will be having them look at their floors for an estimate soon.

This is the second time I have used them. Installed my kitchen/living room/dining room floors (even did some repairs to the subfloor so it was level!) a few months ago, just had them return to install my master bedroom and spare bedroom floors and trim! They are super nice, pricing could not be beat and everything was explained clearly! I am over the moon on what a great job they do! Will be calling again to have them do the bathroom flooring and tile next! Thank you so much for what feels like a brand new house!!
