A March 2025 customer said Josh kept them in the loop through a home renovation and took the time to understand what they wanted, offering suggestions when needed. Another March 2025 reviewer had seen the work up close, from bare studs to finished carpentry, and pointed to the attention to detail and punctuality. In September 2024, a customer said the crew arrived on site early, worked professionally and cleaned up after the project. The thing to settle before signing is the registration. The Massachusetts registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration, #204923, as expired. BuildZoom lists that same number with an expiration date of 07-02-2026. For a demolition-and-rebuild job, or finish work where you want the contractor explaining each step as it comes, that is the work these customers describe. Ask about the registration before any money changes hands.
