We had an excellent experience with Jack General Services and are very pleased with the work they completed in our basement. The project involved a wide variety of improvements, including building and painting an enclosure for our sump pump and installing a folding door, installing new fiberglass insulation, relocating a light fixture, installing new LVP flooring and drop ceiling panels, rebuilding and reconnecting the bottom three basement stairs, painting the stairs, installing and staining a new railing, and replacing two smoke detectors. Throughout the project, the crew arrived when they said they would, were polite and professional, and took great care with their work. Everything was completed beautifully, and the basement looks so much better than it did before. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to handle so many different aspects of the project. We are very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Jack General Services to others looking for reliable, professional, high-quality work.

For our triple decker porch repair, Jack General Services had extremely prompt, organized, and easy-to-use systems of communication, follow-up for appointments, estimates, and payment. We were very impressed with how soon they were able to get the work done, and pleased with the efficiency!

Project to refurbish both front porch and deck went as promised. Once materials were delivered the craftsmen went to work and completed job professionally. While working, the area was neatly and safely maintained. When done, the area was returned to normal as if they had never been here. Minor changes were made on the fly with no increase in material or cost. Workers were amiable and hard working. We will enjoy our deck and porch and reap our investment when we sell.

I had reached out online about damage to my deck. I received a fast in person assessment of the damages and later a few days an emailed proposal for the work. I really appreciated the speed, clarity and communication throughout the process. They were able to perform the repair the same week! The work took them 1 day and I received videos of the finished deck. Payment was super easy, they provided multiple options to pay them as well as the option to do a payment plan which I appreciated. I will definitely use them again if I need anything!
