A customer writing in October 2024 said Jim removed an old toilet and installed its replacement the same day they called JAM Plumbing & Heating. The Longmeadow business describes its work on Angi as plumbing, steam and hot-water baseboard heating, with boiler, water-heater, and fixture installation. Its customer accounts stretch back to 2013. That year, an Angi reviewer described adding a powder room, praised the exposed copper fittings in the basement, and said the plumber extended heating from a steam boiler to a new kitchen in a way that saved hundreds of dollars. An April 2018 Google reviewer said the worker arrived as promised, explained costs, completed the work promptly, and charged less than competing quotes. A 2015 Angi reviewer named Joe and praised prompt arrival, clean installation and repair work, and courteous service. There is also a serious complaint from October 2017. A Google reviewer alleged repeated last-minute cancellations, collecting money upfront and then failing to follow through, and arriving drunk or high late in the day.
