JB Home Rebuild is a Lowell siding contractor that, by its own description, also installs windows, doors and exterior trim across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Seven of its ten written reviews name the same person, Jose. BuildZoom lists José and Bruna Bonaldo as the owners, and Angi notes Spanish is spoken. The newest review is the one to know about. In a September 2026 Google review, a homeowner who hired the company for windows, siding and trim gave 2 stars and described a five-month siding job, PVC trim fastened with nails instead of exterior screws, large gaps in the window trim, a broken heating-system gas vent that was never fixed, bent gutters and missing Tyvek behind some siding. The same customer said the Pella windows they hired for did not fit, that Home Depot American Craftsman windows went in with the labels removed, and that promised Provia windows were never installed. Earlier customers describe a different experience. Three Google reviews from July 2025 praise Jose's communication; one, for exterior repairs, calls his pricing reasonable. On Thumbtack, where the company holds a 4.8 from 21 ratings, an April 2024 customer needed a storm-damaged siding panel replaced and said the crew came the next day. A November 2023 customer said Jose finished on time at the quoted price and fixed another issue at no charge, and an October 2023 customer described a siding and deck installation. BBB gives the company an A+ grade, though it is not accredited. The company offers free estimates. He took my money and didn't finish the jobs he was hired for. After He was hired for installing Windows and for installing siding and trim. He started installing the siding and trim took 5 months to do it, used cheap nails to install PVC trim instead of exterior screws, left huge gaps in the window trim. broke my gas vent to my heating system and never fixed it, he was hired to install Pella windows which didn't fit so he installed Home Depot American Craftsman and took the labels off hoping I would not notice, then he said he would install Provia windows and never installed them, did not apply caulking correctly around the house bent my gutters, did not put tyvek behind some siding. now I have to hire someone else to fix everything he did incorrectly and fix the damage.
