We had an unusual raised concrete slab that needed leveling along with a crumbling old deck that needed complete replacement. From the begining Hilario was understanding of the scope of the project and the outcome we were trying to achieve. His team worked tirelessly to complete the work and did not skip any detail we had discussed. Hilario and his team were great throughout the process, always keeping us informed of timelines and confirming final products were the correct colors/item before installation. I look forward to working with Hilario and King Construction again on future projects.
This company is highly recommended. King Construction did an outstanding job for us in tearing down an old 2 level porch and building new one from ground up is beautiful porch and very good price . From the beginning to completion everything was done with professionalism. We are very pleased with the quality, and look of the porch. We recently had Hilario, Carol, and their team replace two exterior doors and a window above our kitchen sink. This is our third experience having them work at our house. They also have done multiple bathroom renovations and wallpaper removal and painting for us. I cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely easy to work with and professional. Additionally, we have two small children, so it’s very important to me that I feel comfortable with the people I have in my home. Hilario and Carol and all the people they work with are wonderful, trustworthy people. My kids love seeing them when they come to the house. I am so pleased with all of the projects they have done for us. They don’t cut any corners (working on a 110+ old house has its challenges!), they keep the house clean, and the finished product is always exactly what we are looking for if not better. Highly highly recommend!
Hired King Construction to fix my front porch. I was very satisfied with the work. Hilario was responsive, worked with me, explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had about the process. Him and his guys finished this job in a days work, in the pouring rain. Will definitely hire him again in the future.
I highly recommend Hilario at King Construction! He absolutely stands behind all of the work that he does - he honored the quote he had given us, despite running into quite a few unanticipated issues when replacing the roof in our 100+ year old house in the Lowell Highlands. The delivery of materials and arrival of crews were perfectly and seamlessly timed, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to complete several other little repairs that needed to be done. I can't speak more highly about how happy we are with the work they did and we will absolutely call him again when there is more work to be done!
