Jeff is Awesome. was able to diagnose and fix my AC quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I didn't realize Jeff had a Google page but I just saw it now. I had a problem during the summer where my HVAC stopped working. I did some of my own investigating first, then I went to reach out to other companies for some quotes. I was a little distressed to hear that everyone had increased their prices for a diagnostic, but even more so that they probably would not deal with the issue during that diagnostic time. Jeff was helpful and receptive to me, he asked me to send pictures and details since I was pretty sure I got close to a solution but then it was over my head to do. He promptly messaged me a solution that he could most likely get the job done within this diagnostic time if he had the part in stock. He came on time as promised and dealt with the issue right away. His accommodation and willing to work with me made all the difference here. His prices were in fact just a tiny bit less than the others as well, but customer service goes a long way. I will definitely keep his number on the top of the pile for future referrals or work.

Excellent service. My old central ac completely died right in the middle of a heat wave. I found JCL by accident when calling around and looking for a replacement system. Jeff answered all the questions over the phone and came to the house a few hours later. A couple of days later he replaced the whole system. Very quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Everything works well, looks nice and it's exactly what we needed. And Jeff is extremely easy to deal with. No "home comfort consultants", long appointments, sales tactics, unnecessary contracts or calls answered by nice office stuff who's only job is to take your number or a message. No endless waste of time here. Communication is direct, quick and simple and everything is done on time and by the same guy who planned your installation and answered your calls.

JCL is the only HVAC company we will use. They have been incredibly responsive, friendly and affordable. When repairing our air conditioner, Jeff Lane took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, what he did to correct it, and what I can do to help prevent it in the future. They respond quickly to messages and are unfailingly professional and friendly.
