Dana came out in 30 minutes after we called her on Sunday. It was an emergency and we are worried about a snow storm coming up, so her quick response to our situation was such a big relief. But also, despite a complicated issue we had, we are very impressed that she fixed our furnace in one hour. We were actually ready to be told to get the new system. However, Dana came out, she fixed it and told us me still have few years left if we maintain it. Finally, her rate was affordable. We are so glad to find Dana. Every time heat comes on, I think of her and appreciate her honest and quick service.

Dana came out on a cold January Sunday when our furnace had failed. She managed to resolve the issues on our 14 year old furnace and was able to fix it within the hour. The issue was complicated but she figured it out when most people would have tried to sell us a new unit. Her rates are fair and there were no surprises, it is great to work with people who are capable, honest, and have integrity! I highly recommend her services!

They are HONEST. Don’t overcharge or oversell. They show up when they say they will, work hard and clean up when they are done. I highly recommend both Dana and David.
