there was a mix up with the tech coming today and I was not notified, but, they cleared it up to my complete satisfaction.

TLDR: Jerry Daley & Sons not only beat the price of other quotes substantially but offered prompt, friendly, and professional service with a great family atmosphere. At a time when there are lots of acquisitions in the industry and the technician who arrives at your house may feel more like a car salesman trying to up their units-per-transaction or sell you on their annual subscription because management has fallen in love with a recurring revenue model it was Jerry Daley & Sons to my rescue! I received a speedy callback to my cry-for-help voicemail and Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and able to identify the issue even before allowing me to text over photos which was very convenient to help me quickly gather the necessary details of my system. I got an appointment for two days later along with an apology?? for having to wait "that long" - meanwhile I'm jumping for joy knowing I've already been without hot water for 7 days due to the ridiculously high quotes that had come in from the competition. Joey and his partner arrived right on time and were incredibly polite and careful navigating my home. They confirmed the issues with my hot water heater, excellently explained the process and what they would be doing, took great care with the disassembly and removal cleaning behind themselves as they went - I felt like they treated my home with the same or greater care than they would their own. The new unit was installed in record time before I even realized and looks slick along with some new copper fittings and a properly-sized exhaust pipe. I'm thrilled to have a great local business to continue to work with when any other needs arise at my place - whether Jerry Daley & Sons is the first business you call or the last - make sure you call them! (I'm recommending first - I'd have been writing this review a week ago and enjoying hot showers already!)
