A 2017 customer said Jim made the butcher block countertop for their kitchen island and that it was delivered on time at a great price. A 2019 customer said Jim's crew tarped off the work area and cleaned up at the end of each day, and that the work was done on time and under budget. A 2019 customer said Jim and Steve did a door install that came out great at a reasonable cost. A 2019 customer wrote that he "Overcharges his customers for materials and labor" and said he left the job site with materials the customer had paid for and wouldn't return them.
