Of the eight Google reviews since spring, five describe decks: a recently built 10 x 14 deck, a teardown and rebuild, a deck and front stairs replaced with the permit handled, a deck upgrade Wade planned out, and a rebuild where the team suggested a design that worked better than the customer's own idea. The company works around Newburyport, Merrimac, Groveland and West Newbury, says it has been in business ten years, and offers free estimates. Google shows 5 stars from 40 ratings, and most customers mention Wade by name, often alongside Chris. Bathrooms come up next. In August 2024, a Hampton, NH customer said the team gutted and rebuilt their master bath with structural changes, and that Wade spelled out the time and cost of vaulting the ceiling and adding windows. A September 2024 customer with a 160-year-old house said the bath remodel hit a few hiccups that the crew addressed quickly, and a November 2023 customer said Wade supervised pretty much all the subcontractors on a new half bath himself. The rest ranges widely: 13 new-construction windows installed in October 2024, with the customer saying they were transparent about additional findings; a kitchen remodel with a redone staircase and siding repair in January 2024; built-in shelving in May 2025, an attic renovation in February 2025, and a basement storage room turned into a studio with a big new window in March 2026. An August 2023 customer whose stair decking was replaced said Wade helped with the permit and even met the building inspector in the pouring rain, and added that he is very busy but worth the wait.
