I reached out to Justin in August to replace a vanity in my bathroom and sent a deposit shortly after. I had to follow up multiple times just to get an idea of the project timeline. I even told him that if he wasn’t able to complete the job, I’d be happy to find someone else as soon as he returned my deposit. After stringing me along for three months, he finally scheduled the work for a Saturday, only to reschedule it for the following Monday. On the day of the appointment, he canceled without offering a new date. Although he said he would refund my deposit, he didn’t do so until I followed up again later that night. I’m very disappointed—after waiting three months, I’m now back to square one trying to find someone else to complete the job. I find his lack of communication or follow through to be incredibly unprofessional.
