Jordan Custom Carpentry and Remodeling is a small Norwood shop built around its owner — the company says Chris Jordan runs it and that it has been at this about ten years — and the work people hire it for is the kind where somebody has to be on site daily keeping the trades moving.
Bathrooms are the through-line. In a December 2018 review a homeowner described hiring him to gut a small 1980s master bath: the demo crew arrived on the day promised, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers, painters and glass installers were sequenced behind them, and the room was finished in the agreed six weeks and on budget. A 2023 customer had a primary bathroom done with a custom cabinet and a "smart" shower, then brought him back to turn a three-season sleeping porch into a year-round room. BuildZoom shows that number as inactive too, and lists a newer registration, #203720, issued in November 2025; that one we haven't checked against the registry. His Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-106695, is active and registry-verified. Ask which home improvement registration is current and confirm it with the state yourself before work starts.
