A customer writing on Angi in July 2026 said JPS Painting painted the entire interior of their house, then was hired again for the exterior. The same customer described replacement of bricks around a flower bed and careful cleanup. Another July 2026 reviewer said Joaquin power-washed the full house exterior and a brick patio for a nominal price, and cleaned the gutter inside and out as a courtesy without an additional charge. JPS offers interior and exterior painting, with power washing, gutter cleaning and carpentry repair listed by BBB. BBB identifies the company as a Northborough painting contractor, while Angi and HomeAdvisor place it in Worcester and Thumbtack identifies it in Sutton. Angi and HomeAdvisor list Spanish language support, warranties and a family-owned business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 206396, is active under JPS Painting Service, Inc. BBB identifies it as not accredited and not rated. The recent painting accounts include a July 2026 Angi review describing bushes being covered and cleanup after the work. A separate reviewer that month said they paid $23,100 and praised the company's thoroughness. As observed in August 2026, Angi and HomeAdvisor each displayed a 4.6-star rating from 16 ratings; Google displayed 4 stars from four ratings. Older customers also described painting results and scheduling. In December 2021, an Angi reviewer praised an entire-house interior painting job and called the company responsive and easy to work with. A July 2021 Google reviewer said the quote came promptly and the company worked with their budget; the project was still underway when they wrote. In July 2020, an Angi customer said the work finished within the scheduled time and was explained as it progressed. There are specific older complaints. In a June 2021 Google review, a customer said they were charged a $500 cancellation fee after changing their mind about painting planned for roughly a month later, when a loan came through. A December 2021 Angi reviewer liked the finished house but said three bags of preparation debris were left behind and promised touch-up paint was not supplied; they were still waiting for paint or its custom numbers. In April 2020, another Angi customer said work took ten days despite their view that it could have taken a day and a half, criticized the second job's price, and described promises the worker could not fulfill.
