Julio started off very well but ended up not finishing his contract with us. He did put a cement floor for me in the back of my basement and created a wall for that area (although the wall was not high enough or completely covered the area). He also helped us in a difficult time when we had a leak in one of our rooms but he failed to finalize the details with the floor, the fire alarm and the fence he installed for me. He was initially hired to fix the flooding in the basement, add insulation and remove a step. He also did not replace the siding he broke when trying to do some insulation work in my bedroom. He failed to install the splitter that he bought for us and left us with a hot room in the summer. He left my basement in disarray and did not connect the sub-pump he was installing all the while not remedying the flooding happening in the basement. I contacted Julio to get a refund, which he refused, and said he would finish the job and I never heard from him again. Julio is smart he knows a lot but he is neither professional nor honest. I would think twice about the other reviews and the last names they bare. Update 06/2025: Took Julio to court last year and was awarded my money back. One year later, Julio has still not paid. showed up to my house and wanted to give me a check, said he was going to mail it and never did. 20 days later still waiting.
