The thing to settle first is the registration. Massachusetts lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, #100525, as expired on the state register, and that registration is what covers residential remodeling work. BuildZoom separately lists a Massachusetts general contractor licence number for the firm. Ask where both stand, and check the state register yourself, before any money changes hands on a home job. The dates also do not line up: the website dates the founding to 1972, while the BBB profile puts the start at 1984 with incorporation in 1985. For a commercial fit-up or a substantial building renovation in the Merrimack Valley, this is a long-established outfit with a decade-deep bench.
