The company says it is a family-owned general contractor and excavator based in Centerville, serving Cape Cod. Its website names John Callahan the third as the owner and says the business was founded in 2008, with family construction experience going back to the 1960s. It advertises excavation, sewer connections, septic installation, additions, garages, remodeling and custom homes. In a May 2022 Google review, a customer said JTC installed a new Title V septic system, worked in a timely manner and kept them informed throughout the process. A June 2018 HomeAdvisor reviewer described a composite deck built by John and his crew. That customer praised communication, attention to the detail a custom deck required, arrival when promised and completion on time. In a May 2017 HomeAdvisor review, another customer said the work was done on the promised day and planned to discuss further deck work. JTC Contractors, Inc.'s Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 194982, was verified as expired by the state registry in August 2026. HomeAdvisor also lists no emergency service and free estimates.
