Junior's Remodeling is based in Marlborough. Its Massachusetts HIC licence 193953 is expired on the state registry. In a 2022 review, a customer wrote that they paid a deposit in March 2021 and that he said he was coming, time and time again, but never did; a refund requested in September 2021 still had not arrived a year later, and the amount was $6000. In an update to that 2022 review, the customer wrote that they had to go to court and finally received the refund in 2023 after a court ruling in their favor.
Please be careful!!!! Paid the deposit in March 2021, said he was coming, time and time again, but never did. Asked for a refund in September 2021, said it was coming, time and time again, but never did. One year later and he still hasn't refunded the $6000 given to him. As an update, actually had to go to court. Didn’t respond to repeated attempts. Finally received the refund in 2023 after court ruling in my favor.
Be Careful!!!!! Takes the deposit and never does any work. Said he was coming, never did. Asked for a refund, said it was coming, never did. Do not hire, doesn't follow through with anything he says. Deposit made March 2021, refund requested Sept 2021, still nothing and it's one year later. He's basically stolen $6000 from me.
