K&G Entrances

K&G Entrances is a Billerica-based architectural glass and glazing contractor that has installed and serviced revolving and commercial swing doors for buildings across New England since 1986, according to its own company history. It's family-owned, and the state's Supplier Diversity Office lists it as a certified Women Business Enterprise, verified active through 2029. In a 2018 case study about the entrance renovation at Massachusetts's State Transportation Building, the glazing contractor who performed the installation, Frank Greatorex Jr., is quoted describing the balanced-door work as trouble-free, saying the updated entrances 'look much more inviting.' K&G has also worked with revolving-door specialists as subcontractors on other commercial installs, including a 2015 restaurant pedestrian-revolver project.
