K & M Building And Remodeling

We chose Matt and his team to replace our kitchen counter and sink. Timing for the various steps of this project was very important, in order to minimize the loss of the kitchen! They delivered; and completed the job to our satisfaction! The workers were courteous, and cleaned up after each visit. We would absolutely recommend them for your home improvement project.

Matt and his team completely renovated our first-floor half bath and full-size upstairs guest bathroom this past year. We were beyond impressed with the approach Matt took from the very start, from the initial thorough estimate all the way to the finished products. He helped to make the process easier for us with his recommendations on which businesses to use for all the bathroom fixtures. Matt is reliable, professional and detail-oriented, which is what everyone needs in a contractor! He always arrives on time and responds promptly to calls and texts, which was so important to us during the process. We absolutely love our new bathrooms and have gotten countless compliments from family and friends about the renovations! We highly recommend using K&M for your home-remodeling needs! We definitely plan on hiring Matt and his team again for our next renovation!

Matt has renovated our kitchen, garage, and hallway and we couldn't be happier with the excellent work he and his team have done. He is timely, professional, and we value his expertise.

We were looking for a contractor to manage our primary bathroom remodel. Based on recommendations from our suppliers we went with Matt from K& M. Trust me when we say, you will be 100% satisfied with this company. Matt is responsive, committed to achieve a perfect outcome and will resolve all issues in a timely fashion.

Matt has been our go-to contractor for 10 years and has done multiple jobs on our house, large and small. We were in the middle of planning a major kitchen remodel when a pipe burst and damaged the majority of our home. Matt and his team were lifesavers, coming out on a Sunday morning to assess the damage and immediately started triaging. Matt was a pro at organizing such a major job, keeping track of every detail, doing highest quality work, with great communication and responsiveness to requests, even doing the heavy lifting with our insurance company and keeping our spirits up throughout a really difficult time. We love our "new" home, and the kitchen is gorgeous. Very grateful to Matt for all he does.
