Kaibo Electrical Technology is an electrical contractor. Its website describes residential electrical services alongside commercial and industrial electrical work, says the company has been in business for 25 years, and names Hampden and Franklin as its service area. A recent customer said Ben was on time and professional, and that apart from one added item the job came in on estimate and was reasonably priced. A 2025 customer who needed inside outlets and outside light fixtures repaired said Ben diagnosed the issue. That 2025 customer said that two days later, during a separate winter emergency from an overloaded circuit that caused heat loss, Ben showed up within the hour on a non work day. A 2023 customer described a bedroom and bathroom renovation and an in-law addition in an old house, including outlets under windows, outlets with phone charging ports by the bed, recessed lighting with dimmer control and a ceiling fan with speed control. The same 2023 customer said he cleaned up completely when he was finished and was available to answer electrical inspector questions. A 2023 customer who named Ben as the owner said he cleaned up after his work and charged a fair price. A 2022 customer said the company ran wiring for an above ground pool, replied immediately, came out to view the job and gave an estimate within 24 hours.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Kaibo Electrical Technology. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Standard receptacle swaps — a new dedicated circuit is a bigger job ($350–$750).
Flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers — hung on existing boxes.

Ben did a great job. He was on time and professional. There was one item added but other than that he came in on estimate and was reasonably priced. I will hire him again
Went above and beyond to make sure job looked perfect. Thanks Ben, Paul and Jake. 5 stars, see you soon 😊.
Needed electrical repair on inside outlets and outside light fixtures that were out. Ben did a great job diagnosing the issue and replacing 2 days later had a separate emergency from an overloaded circuit resulting in electrical heat loss during the winter. Ben showed up within the hour on a non work day to fix and get some heat back for my elderly Mother who's boiler had also failed on the same day. Much respect!
What a great electrician! We did as bedroom renovation and bathroom as well as an in law addition. Both required working in an old house that can be a money pit! He listened to our concerns and desires and offered helpful suggestions. He started by telling what needed to be done per code and what we might want, for examples outlets under windows for Christmas decorations and outlets with phone charging ports by the bed, recessed lighting in ceiling with dimmer control, ceiling fan with speed control! No more pulling strings or standing in bed to change fan light bulbs👍 The best part was he cleaned up completely when he was finished and was available as needed to answer electrical inspector questions. I highly recommend this electrician
We are very happy with Kiabo Electric. The owner Ben does a great job at a fair price. He also cleaned up after his work and was super friendly and trustworthy. We will call them again for certain. Highly recommended. A++
