Keane Painting Boston

A quote on Monday, painters on Wednesday, most of a house finished inside a week — that is how a May 2026 customer described having their daughter's new home painted. Keane Painting works out of West Roxbury doing interior painting for homes and commercial spaces around Boston; by its own description it is owner-operated, with Barry Keane overseeing every project, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+ at 26 years in business. Scheduling is the compliment that keeps coming back. An April 2026 customer painting an entire home ahead of a sale, on a tight timetable, said that if Barry gives a date and a time, that is when he is there. A January 2025 customer had the living room, dining room and foyer done around a moving date, with a last-minute change absorbed without fuss. And in a 2021 review, a customer described him running out of a special cabinet paint mid-job and calling around the city until he found more. The jobs run from one room to an entire interior. A 2022 customer had a house done top to bottom — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, window sills, steps, radiator covers, the basement. In March 2024 the team took on a three-story back stairwell and hallway. A 2021 customer who had tried for years to fix a bathroom ceiling said it came back looking like new. Price comes up as often as the calendar: a May 2025 Angi customer said the quote was the best they received and the exact paint they had chosen was picked up and included. Angi shows 5.0 across 99 ratings and Google 5 stars from 12. For interior work — a single room, a stairwell, or the whole house before it lists — this is a small owner-run operation that books fast and finishes quickly. The site states a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, so ask for the number when the quote comes, and settle whether the paint itself is part of the price, the way one Angi customer's was.
