Airbnb hosts also credit the cleaners with keeping their homes ready for guests: one July reviewer says attention to detail has helped them receive five-star guest reviews, while another says Rosie and her team help maintain a property that repeatedly earns five stars for cleanliness and quality. The company’s website offers house cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, commercial office cleaning and vacation-rental turnovers. Its Thumbtack profile places it in West Yarmouth and describes a family-run business, naming Rosi, Rosimari A Almeida Silva, as the owner. Google lists a 5-star average from 18 ratings; Thumbtack lists 4.7 stars from 205. Several customers describe years of repeat visits. In August 2026, one says they have depended on Rosi’s team for more than five years, with guests continuing to praise the cleanliness of their home. Another describes more than four years of service and a team they trust. A July customer who has used Kimberly’s for three years calls the pricing reasonable and says issues have been resolved promptly and fairly. For routine house cleaning, a separate July reviewer describes punctual visits, thorough work, attention to small details and clear communication. An August condo customer says the home looks immaculate after each cleaning. A more involved cleaning appears in an April 2021 Thumbtack review. The homeowner said Rosi came that afternoon to give an estimate and identified a need for deep cleaning. They described work on fan blades, window frames and blinds, sofa cushions, areas behind furniture and baseboard heating covers. Afterward, the homeowner said stays by themselves or renters required only maintenance cleaning. They also liked the bed-making and folded toilet paper and tissues. That same 2021 customer mentioned occasional miscommunication, while saying Rosi and the team worked to address it and made sure a missed item was done next time. In a separate August 2021 account, a customer said the cleaners covered the requested areas on the first visit and that they had booked another cleaning.
