Koss Plumbing & Heating describes itself as a Cape Cod plumbing and heating contractor, owner-operated by David Koss, doing plumbing, water heater, gas piping and heating work for residential and commercial customers. The company says David Koss trained at New England Technical College and apprenticed with Carl F. Riedell & Son. A Massachusetts plumber license, number 10377-PL-M, held by David J Koss, is active on the state registry. A 2025 Google customer said Koss had plumbed a bathroom so neatly that they hated to close the wall, but that they later could not get a call back and went with another plumber. A 2025 Google reviewer said a Koss work truck ran a red light and then cut off another car. A 2022 Google reviewer said a driver in a Koss truck tried to cut in front of the reviewer's husband and gave him the finger.
Koss Plumbing & Heating has done work for us and I've never found anyone who does such a neat job with their work. He "plumbed" a bathroom and I hated to close the wall, because it looked like art. Fast forward I can't get a call back - so I've had to go with another plumber, but David does great work.
Watched this work truck run a red light and then not even a quarter mile down the road turn left cutting off another car and almost get hit. Like the other review said why would anyone trust you to work on someone's house? Might want to drive more carefully in a work truck.
Guy in a Koss truck tried to cut in front of my husband and then he gave my husband the finger when my husband didn't stop short for him. If you can't even drive appropriately in a company vehicle, why would I trust you to work on my house?
