A recent customer said they tiled a tub/shower surround up to the ceiling, protected the wood floors and cleaned up when finished. A 2026 customer said Nelson and his assistant turned a one-piece tub/shower into an open space, hand-placing pebbles in the niches and floor so the grout spacing would be even. A 2025 customer said Nelson and Johnny fixed water damage in the shower during the prep and installation. A 2025 customer said a stone fireplace was re-tiled in glass tile and the project was completed in 3 days. A 2024 customer who first worked with Nelson three years earlier came back for the tile floor and backsplash of a kitchen remodel. A recent customer said the worker/owner who came for an estimate parked his van across a neighbor's driveway and, after being told he could not park there, said "BYE!"
We could not be any happier with Kraft Tile. From speaking with Ashley in the office to the work done by Nelson and his assistant. It was a pleasure! They kept in touch, they showed up on time, they protected our wood floors and cleaned up when finished. They tiled our tub/shower surround up to the ceiling and down to the floor on the sides. It looks great! I'm pretty fussy with this kind of thing and it's perfect! I would not hesitate using them again. I'll say it again, it was an absolute pleasure.
I waited about a week for an appointment to simply get an estimate. The Worker/Owner shows up for the appointment and decides to park his work van across my neighbor's driveway. Blocking the driveway. I politely told him he cannot park there because it is my neighbor's driveway and she will get upset. I went on to tell him he could park in my driveway just don't drive into the backyard. He looked at me and simply said "BYE!" and I said bye back at him. Unbelievable how a silly man gives up a 10,000$ job simply because he insists on parking illegally. No I do not want Kraft Tile doing anything for me if that is their attitude. Beware of owners who think the world owes them.
Nelson was timely, professional and accommodating to our schedule. End product was fantastic. Would certainly recommend to anyone!
Nelson was very professional from start to finish of our shower remodel. He and his assistant laid coverings for all floor areas and walls of our home where they would be entering/working. They arrived on-time every day and finished the project on time. They transformed a one-piece tub/ shower into an updated, beautiful open space and we couldn’t be happier with their work!! The tile placement and grout lines are nothing short of perfection; true artwork! They hand-placed many of the pebbles in the niches and floor (that arrive in sheets) so that there would be even spacing in the grout. At the end of the job, we walked into a clean space that was ready for use. We have other tile projects in our home and will definitely call them back for those jobs. I highly recommend Kraft Tile for anyone looking for top-notch tile installation!!
We have used Kraft Tile twice for projects in the house. Nelson is amazing. His attention to detail can't be beat. Final product was perfect. He is upfront, honest and fair.
