Lambrian Construction is a Canton, MA general contractor that says it has grown, under president James Lambrianidis, from a small remodeling outfit into a full-service residential and commercial builder working across Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island over more than 25 years. Its permit history on BuildZoom shows real commercial and municipal work — schools, apartment buildings, and building-envelope and window jobs among its 25 recorded projects. There's very little written record to go on here, and what exists raises real questions. In a 2019 review, a customer described workers using the household's toilet, eating lunch on the porch and leaving food in the yard, and taking two pallets and a shovel from beside a shed without returning them — complaints about conduct on the jobsite rather than the quality of the work itself. Separately, the company's Better Business Bureau page carries one review from a former worker, not a customer, who says he was fired after helping a disabled person against instructions. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired according to the state registry, even though BuildZoom's own listing shows the identical license number as active — worth confirming directly before hiring. The Better Business Bureau also lists it as 8 years in business, at odds with the company's own claim of 25-plus years under the same president. With no available customer account of the actual construction work, and a licence question unresolved, a homeowner should verify current licensing status directly with the state and ask for recent, checkable references before signing anything.
“The General Contractor for the project was Lambrian Construction.”
Let's start by saying if I could give this company zero stars as a review I would. They have used my tiolet while working inside. How do I know? No males live in my home and the toilet seat was up. They used my porch as their personal lunch room leaving food around my yard. Now I can't stand the sight of banana. Moved my patio table and broke it. They leave nails all over my walkway which I kindly picked up and put them in a pile for them to see. They also used my outlets instead of having a company generater like a good company would have for their tool. Don't get me started about the microwave they put in front of my door that I almost broke my neck tripping over. I could keep going but just writing about this company is making my blood pressure go up.
This company employees are the worst I've every seen. First of all they went beside my shed and took 2 pallets I have to store thing with in my shed. Then they took my shovel to use and never brought it back. Look I want my thing s back for they had no right to take them. When they were cleaning outside my house they took my broom and it was down 2 doors of my neighbor house. They claim they don't speak English but when you complain they understand what you are saying. Then they have the nerve to take up all the parking spaces in my unit with their own cars. What kind of bull s--- is that. They don't live there and what gives them the right to do this. When they first starting working they were smoking cigarettes and I have a smoke stack outside. We are not allowed to smoke on housing property so when they were smoking the employees were going to put it on my son, who was not at home. My daughter complain to the housing employees, and their boss talk to them. Then when they were in my house to fix the doors, they were on their phones sitting behind the door. My daughter said what the f--- you're suppose to be working not on your phone. She had to call their boss over to make them get back to work. I have never in my life seen or been through anything like this. I'm very disappoint in this company employees for a lack of respect for other people property. The employees also leave their food around the house we have enough problems with animals being around at night and we don;t need to add to the fire. When they are working they leave nails all on the step and driveway, the employees don't clean up everything before they leave. What the employees and their boss need to do is respect other people property and clean up all their materials so people don't fall on nails or other materials around their home or walkway.
Got a job from them they hired me. A worker told me to help a disabled person and I guess we wasnt suppose to so I got fired .
