The 2023 customer also said Tom had replaced a central air/furnace that worked well. A 2026 customer said a leaking pipe started leaking again the day after a repair visit, and that attempts to get follow-up brought delays and no follow-up.
They came to fix a leaking pipe, but the leak started again the next day. When I tried to contact them, they kept delaying and never followed up. It feels like they just wanted a quick payment without actually solving the issue
Tom is great! Replaced a water heater on short notice recently and installed some cool safety measures in case of tank failure/ water leaks. Very happy with his service. Tom also replaced a central air/furnace for me back in 2020...Works like a charm. I highly recommend Tom for any of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues.
