A reviewer writing in January 2024 said he had done business with the company for over 30 years, personally and professionally. What customers describe is a crew that turns up and gets through it. A January 2024 customer moving into a new home said the team was communicative and efficient, finished earlier than expected, and knew things about the move he would not have thought of. Another that month moved through a major storm and still had everything from one house to the other on time. A June 2024 reviewer said the movers put everything where she asked and took care not to break anything. One had Sean hitch up an RV and tow it to a campground on the Cape. Price comes up constantly and favourably — fair, affordable, well priced. In August 2026 a customer said the team was on time and professional. Storage is part of the offer and repeat customers use both halves: a February 2025 reviewer had worked with Larkin twice for moving and storing furniture and called the crew careful and patient, and another moved twice and left old family furniture in storage with them. The serious thing to weigh is a November 2024 account. That customer said some of the crew stole from him — an iPhone and a bottle of cologne taken from a clear plastic bin in the master bedroom that had clearly been rifled through — and that when he told the owner, nothing was done to make it right. It is one account against many positive ones, but it is specific. Ask directly what the claims process is for missing items, who will be on your crew, and what valuation coverage comes with the job.
