Just got our annual boiler tuneup, our second since switching to Levco two seasons ago. They pro-actively called to schedule the service, the technician came right on time, and he was friendly and professional. In and out in about an hour. Great service!
The technician is doing a nice job cleaning and tuning my furnace. He replaced parts that was broken. Appointment is easy and quick. Doesn’t need to wait weeks or months. Over all, Levco is a nice company to be doing business with.
Called Levco for after hours emergency service as AC stopped working due to condensation in drip pan in attic during a heat wave. William from Levco was great, fixed the issue promptly once he arrived, cleaned out drip pan, cleared the block in the drain pipes and had me up and running within the hour.

Scheduled both AC and oil burner weeks ago for a 1-4pm appointment. 2:30 I got a call, asking me to reschedule. I insisted I needed them to get started on AC - finally showed up at 6:15. Do you keep records? Serviceman did not know where to find anything. After doing AC checks he told me I needed to replace a fan. Another appointment set up and at that appointment the fan was retrieved and sent out. That same day the Oil burner was serviced but once again I had to explain what was going on and what was needed and where equipment was. Thankfully they got the fan fixed and it was installed 2 days later. Everything is good now. Don’t you use work orders or something? After using Levco for many many years, this time I felt stressed - things got off to a bad start and we hit some bumps until work was completed. Office personnel were good listeners and helpful/ supportive along the way.
