Where the sources differ is size and address: the BBB file lists one employee at an Everett address, while the Procore profile puts the company at 50 Milk Street in Boston with 10–50 employees and average contracts of $1M–$10M. LJV is built for institutional and government projects — a federal facility retrofit, a historic building, a commercial renovation — more than for work on a single-family house.
